About Inception Planning
Since the initial establishment of our business in 2008, we have offered comprehensive planning advice on all aspects of land use for over ten years. We provide planning advice and consultancy services for home owners, land owners, developers and architects within the residential, public, commercial and industrial sectors.
Our Founder
Our company founder, Nick, is a respected chartered planning consultant who has worked in both the public and private sector since 1996. His extensive experience within the planning advice sphere extends from small scale proposals such as domestic housing extensions to larger, more complex developments, including commercial, retail, education and residential projects.
Nick Griffin is an established member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Town and Country Planning, an Honours Degree in Environmental Science and an HND in Land Administration.
Our Services
Inception Planning has long-provided planning advice for public and private sector clients within Surrey, London and the South of England. We are known for our thoroughness and attention to detail. We also specialise in strategic planning matters, such as the promotion of individual sites for development. Each one of our consultants has the extensive experience needed to support and advise on how best to obtain the planning permission you desire for your project.
Whilst our primary clientele remains in the South of England, we also provide planning advice consultancy services for developers across England and Wales. We understand all advice sought is both unique to the client and the land or building that is being considered. We also work under Non-Disclosure Agreements when requested.
